Refund policy

All items are made to order so sales are final. However, we will accept returns or exchanges if items are damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.

In the event that your order is incorrect or arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days of the delivery date at info@gingerlove.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
